Remove Paragraph Breaks In Outlook

There are two methods for doing it.

Method 1

It's really easy to use Method 1. just press Ctrl + Shift + 8 to start. Non-printing characters are displayed or hidden.

Method 2

Step 1

On PC, launch Outlook and find the email that has the paragraph symbols you want to get rid of.

Step 2

Click on the file tab in the main menu
choose Options from the menu on the left for outlook’s advanced setting


Step 3

Click Mail from the left-hand menu will bring up the Outlook Settings dialogue box
Click the Editor Options box under the Compose messages section


Step 4

Choose Display from the left-hand menu for all display settings
Uncheck Paragraph markings under the Always show these formatting marks on the screen section.
To save the changes, click OK.
